Enterprise Asset Services, Inc.’s mission is to help organizations manage their significant investment in fixed assets through a comprehensive physical asset inventory and audit process.
Asset Services has been providing physical fixed asset inventories for nearly 20 years. Starting as a provider of regional asset inventory services, Asset Services has expanded to provide solutions to clients on a national and international level. Our inventory teams have provided asset inventory services worldwide, covering all continents except Antarctica and Africa.
The experience of our inventory teams makes the difference. In an industry that typically sees a very high turnover rate among employees, Asset Services is unusual in the experience of our staff. Our inventory specialists have an average of 4 years experience, while our supervisory team has nearly 10 years.
All Inventory Specialists have been thoroughly trained and have extensive field experience,
which allows them to quickly identify equipment and capture applicable product information as it pertains to various assets.
Our experience and knowledge with providing fixed asset inventory solutions,
allows organizations to achieve a comprehensive inventory without having to
pull valuable staff resources from other duties and projects.
Asset Services is able to complete an inventory more cost effectively than
most companies can perform internally.
Asset Services inventory teams use state of the art personal data collection terminals (PDT’s)
for data capture and entry. Our methodology ensures accurate data collection through barcode
scanning and data validation. Data from the inventory is normalized and provided to our clients
in Excel format for further analysis, and any other delimited format for integration into any existing asset management system.
Asset Services was started by people who were experienced in doing fixed asset inventories for the companies they worked for. We understand from first-hand experience how difficult it is to complete an inventory……it's time consuming, there are always competing priorities, there never is enough staff, you lack a system to take the inventory with.
