Physical Fixed Asset Inventory

Asset Management Service

Asset Services designs and conducts fixed asset inventory and asset management services.  A typical fixed asset inventory consists of applying a barcode property tag to the items inventoried. Specific data for the asset is then associated with the barcode asset tag.

Asset Services' standard physical asset inventory service gathers data concerning:

  • Asset Number / Property Tag
  • Description of Asset / Equipment
  • Manufacturer
  • Model Number
  • Serial Number
  • Location

Some clients require more specific information pertinent to their company. Asset Services will record any additional information requested or required by an organization.

Asset Services inventory teams use state of the art personal data collection terminals (PDT’s) for data capture and entry.  Our methodology ensures accurate data collection through barcode scanning and data validation.

Data from the inventory is normalized and provided to our clients in Excel format for further analysis, and any other delimited format for integration into any existing asset management system.
