Answers

How does the inventory process work?

Our inventory teams will make a sweep through your facilities, and apply a barcoded property tag to every IT asset. Information such as location, department, description, manufacturer, model, and serial number will be recorded using state-of-the-art barcode data collection terminals.

The information recorded during the physical IT inventory is compiled into an inventory report for your records. The IT equipment inventory records will be delivered in a format compatible to import into your existing ITAM system.

Asset Services inventory specialists are highly sensitive to the concerns of employees. Asset Services takes pride in our ability to perform an inventory with minimal disruption to procedures and activities. Our inventory specialists are typically in and out of a users workstation in less than 2 minutes.
