On-going inventory control
Asset Services developed A.I.M.S (Asset Information Management System) to provide
clients with on-going asset data management. The A.I.M.S. system is
designed to be effective, yet end user "ease of use" was the highest
priority for design consideration.
A.I.M.S provides users with ongoing inventory management through a web
based portal system. Examples of inventory management include
inventory additions, transfers, and deletions. In addition, users
are able to generate asset reports from anywhere they have access to
the internet.
